This place is in a great location, next to an on-site pub, the Parklands restaurant, and the theme park, and my executive queen room had 3 single beds and milk provided.

It is very close to Drayton Manor Park, it is a walk across the car park. The rooms where spacious and very comfortable. We had a room for 2 adults and 1 child, which was a double bed and a sofa bed which was also a double bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I was seated for dinner with my Son and was not told it was the buffet part I was sitting in and I was just left there with a toddler who got bored and I ended up walking out of restaurant. When I came back later with the rest of the family, the choice of food in the carvery part does not look good at all. We moved to a la carte part of restaurant and the choice was very fussy expensive food rather than for families. Overall I think it is a new hotel that just needs a bit more experience dealing with families and definitely could do with more experienced staff.

we were visiting the theme park, so chose it for location,which was perfect.Brand new hotel so cleanliness very good, staff helpful.
Hotel not particularly family friendly,designed for the corporate visitor.I was expecting details on theme park in rooms.Bars not designed for families, apart from shop and a couple of toy trains, families seemed to be looking for somewhere to sit and enjoy an evening drink.I compare it ti Alton towers hotel where the hotel is based on family requirements.2 issues in restaurant, plates cold, and orange juice undrinkable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out were stress free. Breakfast was very good and the rooms we had were great for our needs. Great location for visiting Drayton Manor theme park.
The restaurant had a limited menu and was quite expensive. There was very little to do in the evening except stay in the room.
